Dr. Aujnarain was a breath of fresh air following a couple experiences with other allergists that we've had. I brought in my son, who has been struggling with allergies for a few years now. Dr. A was very knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain everything and had a great sense of humour with my son, cheering him up and making sure he was completely comfortable the whole time. I heard about her through a friend referral and I was thrilled. Handouts were great. Would highly recommend and will absolutely be referring to others!

My appointment with Dr. Aujnarain was a big disappointment. She was rude and curt, expressed no interest in my symptoms, and did not make any attempts to treat me or even explain the cause of my condition. She was one of the least empathetic and most unhelpful doctors I have ever met. Even my family doctor was surprised to hear that Dr. Aujnarain provided no explanation, treatment option or even advice. I feel humiliated, depressed, and traumatized from my interaction with her and I really hope she does not act like that with anyone else again.

Dr. A is super knowledgeable and was very kind and patient with my daughter! She explained the results in detail and allowed ample time for my follow up questions. PS her handouts are amazing!!!

Had a visit last week during pandemic. The clinic protocols well done. My family and I felt safe. Dr A was very patient and explained all the findings thoroughly. I’m surprised to read the other comment here I never felt rushed. she did do most of the history over the phone due to minimizing contact which I liked a lot. She was great and played with respect with my infant. Didn’t get too close I guess for the COVID restrictions. Overall very great experience other then my child now having a new food allergy :(

Dr. Aujnarain saw my son for a potential allergy. The test was done by the nurse who was very thorough and helpful. I am sorry I cannot say the same about the doctor. I more than understand there are delays but after she finally came in, she did not acknowledge the child at all and simply me asked whether the nurse explained everything to me, before she was about to leave. The interaction lasted about two minutes and only that long because I had a few questions, which were very abruptly answered. Arguably, I could have Googled it but that defeats the purpose of seeing a medical professional. Although I am relieved the test was negative, this was a strange experience.

Very nice and approachable doctor. Mainly focuses on children and saw me though as an adult for seasonal allergies as she sees my daughter. Kind and caring. She is patient I never felt rushed. I really highly reccommend

Friendly, knowledgeable and honest doctor. Helped with answering many of my questions. Helped me with my hives and explained the cause. Very patient and really enjoyed my call with her. Highly recommend!
