Ratings for Dr. Amandeep Singh Taggar
Great doctor, Very knowledgeable, he spent quality time with me to discuss the cancer that was affecting my body. During my follow-up he was very thorough and again encouraged me to follow medical advice. I would recommend him to anyone who need the help of an Oncologist.
My experience with Dr. Singh Taggar was exceptional. He is an excellent health care provider who answers all of my questions and concerns. I look forward to seeing him for my appointments.
I am very grateful to Dr. Taggar he saved my mom. Go Bless Him and his family! He is excellent person and MD.
I have been a patient of Dr Taggar for over two years. I have found him to be knowable regarding my rectum Cancer. I have been going to see him every three months for follow up and examinations, he has been always very professional and has treated me with utmost respect. I certainly would refer him to anyone who needed his professional care.
I got to this doctor during my cancer treatment. Very good and knowledgeable doctor. Explains everything patiently.
I am a senior Gay man. For six months I had an anal fistula. Every day I screamed in pain on the toilet. Finally I had anal surgery (sphincterotomy) to relieve the pain and at that time it was diagnosed as cancer. I was sent to see Dr. Taggar. The very first thing he did was to shove his hand into my rectum ripping open the muscular incision. Naturally I screamed and cried in agony. He sent me to a see a psych. I thought it was to rationalize my pain meds but it turned out Taggar had sent me for a psych. evaluation. I saw him for two years because it was during COVID, I was all alone, had no self-esteem, and Sunnybrook refused to send me to another MD unless I discussed it first with Taggar. For two years Taggar did everything he could to humiliate me, such as not cleaning me after an examination and sneering at my subsequent depression and erectile disfunction post radiation. After active treatment, during follow-up, I asked him to send me to Princess Margaret Hospital. Dr. Taggar looked at me and laughed in my face. If your LGBT stay away from this man.
Excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable and very patient, helpful and understanding. I’m very happy that I received care from him.
