I have been a patient of Dr. Mayer's for 10+ years for various reasons. I've received nothing but the best of care and would highly recommend him to anyone needing surgery or just a great family practice doctor (wife practices in same clinic). I wholeheartedly believe that anyone who has "issues" with his care are those patients who don't follow his aftercare directions and create their own bad situation.

Dr. Mayer performed my gallbladder surgery. He was wonderful from beginning to end! He explained what was going to happen and made me feel very at ease. After surgery he was very attentive and even personally called after I went home. I had minimal pain after surgery and am very pleased with Dr. Mayer. I would recommend him to anyone!

I am continually going back to fix the screw up this MD did!! I have gotten an infection and an abcess that all could have never been there if I had had another surgeon. My new surgeon mentioned that he gets ALOT of Mayers botched jobs!!!!

Dr Mayer has done two colonoscopy procedures on me, not a particularly pleasant process, but each time he is competent and adept, and he communicates the results in a timely and articulate manner.

Dr. Mayer performed a gastric bypass on me 11/12/2007. He and his staff were great and my bypass went great.
