Mr Mack was very late, I felt very rushed, he did not return any of my calls. I called and spoke to his recepionist for over 5 months and asked for him to call back, she was also very rude and brushed me off, i never heard from him.

Dr Mack was very insensitive, never returned calls, and made me feel like i was unimportant

Dr Mack was the best doctor I have ever had conctact with. I had stage 4 colon cancer and he was the only one who did not write me off. He treated me like I was a human being and not a statistic. I will be forever grateful to him.

Without a doubt this man is a brilliant doctor and he has a personality as well! He cares, he returns phone calls if you can believe that! Three weeks in hospital and he came to see me every day. His skill as a surgeon is the reason I'm alive and able to write this.

Dr. Mack saved my husband's life, no question, and we are indebted to him. He was extremely thoroughly in the surgery and very knowledgeable in what is a very rare form of cancer- pseudomyxoma peritonei. He took excellent care of my husband during his month long stay in the hospital, and he is a very caring individual who takes the time to listen to concerns and answer questions thoroughly in "layman's" terms.
