Very kind and helpful. He knows his limits and is quick to refer to appropriate specialists. I have been going to him for years and have no complaints.

Poor bedside manner! Needs to be more professional when talking about other health professionals. I was quite disgusted when he was bashing Naturopaths. Never going to again.

I was one of Dr. Wong's first patients when he opened his practice and I had used him for over 30 years until I moved out of the province. I would drive over an hour to retain him as my doctor. He was always caring, concerned for the patients well being and on going care. He has done surgeries, I've been in hospital and had him come in on his day off to check on me. I was recently back in Maple Ridge to check on my ex and he made the time to fit me. I rarely had to wait past my appointment time and the staff is always professional and friendly. Love this man

Dr. wong has been there for me for close to 20 years and i have never had an issue he is always helpful and very knowlegdable

Dr Wong treated two of my family members recently(in the past 2 years). Both of them went to see him with concerns about their throats, something feeling stuck, poor swallowing and a cough. They were smokers and past middle age. He told them both they had viruses. Then he said they just needed antibiotics. He told them both nothing was wrong. One of them was just rushed in for an emergency tracheostomy and told he has inoperable throat cancer that is also in his lungs and prostate. His was told by Wong his prostate exam was clear just 2 months prior. The other one was told she had throat cancer. She had some treatments, but died within the year. Other family members have gone to him and he just likes to prescribe pills and tell you there is nothing wrong. He needs to retire! Smokers with a hoarse voice and feeling something in the throat need immediate ct scans and referral to ENT!

Dr. Wong has been there for me for last 22 Years. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate. He literally saved my life! Ive been through some rough times in my life and he was always there for me. I wouldn't want any one else for a Dr.

Defintly the worst doctor I have ever been around, I am sure some people have had good experiences as he is a certified doctor. However Dr.Wong has no filter & doesn't believe in certain things that will only do good for the baby. The first time i saw him at the mat clinic my husband & I just looked at each other half way through the appointment because he was so awful. Couldn't even figure out the computer & told me I had gained to much weight (I hadn't even gained 5 pounds yet) LOL, I felt as though he had no idea what he was doing & it was not a reassuring appointment for a first time mother. Bottom line i booked an appointment for the next day, & the receptionist said she hears it all the time!!

He is a very great doctor. He is very thorough since the first appointment, he orders all the labs and tests done. He answers to all the questions and has good patient manner.
