I found her to be very uncompassionate and short. She was never willing to listen and easily told you what she thought. Has strong opinions while being super judgemental.

Dr Kagan has been my family doctor for the last 11 years. 4 years ago I had a very bad car accident which was not my fault and the second I walked through her door and said that she was pissed off. Not because I was badly injured, but because she didn't want to treat me and be involved with the reports and accident aftermath (she told me she recently lost a case) ever since that day everything has been my doing and I feel like she does not care about me or my well being anymore. I always felt supported before, but for the last four years I get anxiety any time I have to make a visit as I feel like it is a waste of my time. The reception staff used to be amaizing but in the last year or so they've hired Kate and she is rude and has a terrible bedside manor. Unfortunately after 11 years I am having major health issues and was told "there's nothing really you can do" BS

My Mom and I have been seeing Dr Kagen after my family Doctor retired for the past 8+ years. She's extremely knowledgeable and caters to any concerns I may have (whether warranted for a visit or erring on the side of caution). She always takes the time out to listen to me and treats me with kindness with her recommendations. There is never usually a long wait and she genuinely cares about her patients.

Very unprofessional ... once carle into exam room with dirt under nails...as if she'd been digging in the garden

On my very first visit for menstrual concerns, she asked if I was pregnant. When I said I wasn't, she pressed me asked if I was sure. I told her I wasn't into guys so yeah, pretty sure. She then asked when I was last sexually active and I said never and she actually asked me how I could be not be straight and a virgin. She's fine with actual medical examinations, but good lord is she not a pleasant person to interact with.

I have been so glad to have Dr Kagen as my GP after having a bad experience with my previous doctor. She has given me good advice and will refer me to a specialist if need be. She never seems hurried to see me and I never need to wait too long for my appointment. Thank you for being there for me.

Dr. Kagan is very responsive and considerate of my concerns. She has referred my son to specialists when appropriate, and has advised the best way to ensure our concerns are escalated to resolution within the health care system.

Love Dr Kagan! I have seen her since she was at Kensington and when I moved to Langley 5 years ago I continued to see her. The drive is worth it. I trust her and believe she always has my best interest at heart. Awesome Dr.

After our original family doctor had retired, my parents decided it was time for someone else to manage the overall health of the family. Dr. Kagan was eventually selected based on proximity to our house and availability of other physicians at the time. My first impression of Dr. Kagan was negative; she basically told me her hours of operation and if they didn't fit into her schedule then "too bad". She refused to prescribe certain types of medication for moderate to severe pain. She is totally closed-minded about anything that strays from her core belief system. Furthermore, she has repeatedly made statements that are simply opinions, nothing rooted on scientific reasoning. She carries herself with the sort of arrogance you would expect from the Queen of England. Not to make derogatory comments about British Royalty but this woman seriously needs a reality check. It hard to health "advice" from someone who isn't exactly the definition of seasoned athlete. Stay away.
