I have never had an issue with Dr. Spano. His staff are friendly, and really nice. He is helpful, knowledgable, and he is really good with kids. I switched my daughter from a pediatrician to him because I felt more comfortable with him than the pediatrician who took her on when she was born. They have a large clientele which gets a little frustrating when you book an appt and have to wait 2+ weeks for an appt but thankfully if I have issues, I will just go to emerge and wait for the appt I need.

Dr Spano staff is not helpful. You couldn't get help if you tried in this office. Nurse Ratchett needs to go and Dr. Spano needs to retire. Hasn't even taken my blood pressure in years!

Dr. Spano has been my doctor for as long as I can remember. Any concern I have ever had he has made sure to run tests and figure out what’s wrong. He has always referred me to a specialist when I need it. I’ve never waited more than a a few minutes to be seen. I love penny and Alice as well. They’ve always been so kind to me. Best doctor I’ve had.

I started seeing Dr. Spano about 40 years ago at Carruthers Clinic. I moved to BC for 30 years and came back to live with my husband and we both see Dr. Spano now. He's terrific.

Dr Spano is a horrible doctor. Huge long times to wait for an appointment that would take 5 minutes. When you finally get it he pushing you out as soon as possible and doesn't listen to you. I literally hate going to this doctor.

My family has gone to Dr. Spano our whole lives. The only issue I have is with his nurse. She is rude, short, and ill mannered. Not to mention the mistakes they have made with medical record, not putting referrals through and having absolutely no idea whats going on at all. Very dissapointed with them over last few years. Can't get an appointment for weeks then threaten to cut you off for going to the walk in clinic. Also the hours? How can anyone even book an appointment when they are alwayw closed.

I've been seeing Dr. Spano for my entire life. Usually I find him to be very thorough and shows a high level of care. He seems to take a better safe than sorry approach when it comes to ordering tests and referrals to specialists which I really appreciate. My only concern is lately I've had some follow up appointments where he seems confused about why I'm there even though he had requested me to come in. I really just wish he'd look over my file before entering the room - because I feel as though I have to offer a recap of my health issues each time I see him. Overall he is a great doctor.

Been with Dr. Spano for many years. Kind considerate gentleman. Can't be expected to remember every person he see's. Dr. Spano, thank you for everything. Really wish I could get the rest of my family in to you. Rating? 10 out of 10 easy.

Patient ,competent, knowledge based doctor for over thirty years. Very steady and respectful of his staff and patients. A busy practice that in last few years does not deal with the unexpected problem. A good reason to work with nurse practitioners and let the physicians do there jobs.dr spano is kind and very open to people's health problems. Thank you Dr. Spano

Long wait for appointments (min. 2 weeks). Have re-occuring UTI's and end up in emergency room because the secretary cannot squeeze me in. It would take an entire 5 mins to hand a script with antibiotics. Awful and will find new doctor! The nurse and the secretary are always in a bad mood and could not be bothered or show any empathy towards patients. Ridiculous!
