Wow, I can't believe some of these comments. I find it hard to believe they are talking about the same doctor. Dr Brown was incredibly nice and honest. My surgery turned out better than he told me it would. I would see him again without hessitation.

I have visited alot of drs over the years & feel that Dr. Brown is in it because he cares, if can help he will, conversely he sent me for a 2nd opinion, his directive, thank God, my hand is bad, but would have/could have been worse, i cannot say enuf good things about his secretary Natalia and Dr. Brown himself...you are in good hands (my opinion, and it would seem most)...good luck, Dr. Brown is the BEST!!! =O))

Dr. Erin Brown did surgery on my hand at the same time as another surgeon operated on my foot after a motorcycle accident. With out informing the other surgeon Dr. Brown had the nurse remove me from VGH with in hours of my waking up from surgery and left me at the top of VGH stairs with at broken hand and foot both in cast with screws and pins sticking out of my skin. My hand witch Dr. Brown operated on to this day is left so badly scared that there is black pigment under the skin like tattooing.

I paid for the consult on my Visa and when I got my visa statement it was more than I was told it was going to be. I brought it to the attention of Dr. Brown's staff three times and they agreed to make the adjustment to my visa, but never did, even after two more calls. As far as Dr. Brown, everything I needed to know I got from the website which he recited word for word. I did not feel like it was a patient specific consult.

Dr Brown did my hand surgery about a year ago. It was a good job. I can hardly see the scar on the top of my hand. His receptionist, Natalia, is great too. She was VERY helpful in providing some much needed information on short notice @ end of the day.

Dr. Brown is an absolutely fabulous physician in every way. I had seen many doctors after a motorcycle accident that shattered my wrist and he was the only one who I felt truly listened and cared. He did surgery to repair the broken bone and torn ligaments and although not fun, the outcome was great. I would highly recommend him.

I feel Dr. Brown did not inform me with enough and/or adequate information about my procedure.

I had a reduction mammoplasty at UBC Hospital in November and Dr. Brown did an excellent job. My breasts are perfectly symmetrical and there is minimal scarring which is a lot to say, as little as a month after the surgery. The only thing I would like to see improved is a better method of contact for questions after surgery for (non-private clinic) out of area patients.

Nicest doctor I have ever met. He explained everthing really clearly. He reconstructed my leg after cancer surgery. Everybody at the hospital said he was great and I agree
