I’ve been a patient of hers for the last two years, and she was highly recommended by my friend. I’m very happy with NP. Shauna—she is knowledgeable, professional, and has great bedside manner. She takes her time to explain tests and health issues in detail and provides clear information with useful links. She is very quick to see me if I need her, so I don’t have to wait long, and she updates me promptly about test results. She has a friendly and warm personality, and I am happy with her as my practitioner. Thank you, Shauna!

Shauna is incapable of providing professional care and is the worst NP in this practice. Her demeanour is appalling and her attitude and examination room etiquette are absolutely appalling. I was so taken aback I was speechless. If you are going and have to be seen by Shauna, don’t! This person is not fit to be seeing patients.

Not trauma informed. Rude, not just direct and to the point but actually mean? I can deal w someone who is unfriendly and to the point but to be mean is a whole other level.

My goodness. How is this person part of an otherwise excellent practice group. If this is your only option try to get an appointment another day or if its urgent, perhaps an emergency walk-in clinic would be a better option.

I have never been disappointed in a NP until meeting Shauna. She displays a questionable ability to respond to complex medical histories and would be best suited to routine medical assessments. Should the option be presented I would strongly recommend seeking treatment from one of the family physicians of this otherwise excellent practice group.

Seems to know her facts but rather cold in her manner. Maybe she was just rushed the day I saw her.

Shauna is the best family doctor I've ever had. She is very compassionate and helpful, never makes me feel rushed, and she goes above and beyond what I'd ever expect from a health care provider. I have been struggling with my health and seeing her for close to 4 years now and don't have a single complaint, just gratitude.

Shuana is such an amazing NP. From the first time I met her she has always taken her time to answer my questions and discuss my concerns. I haven't ever felt rushed with her and she has great bedside manner. She's also my daughters NP, and about 8 other people I've referred as well. She goes above and beyond for her patients.

Shauna is a wonderful practitioner. I feel so fortunate to have found her. She has helped me in innumerable ways and has extended her hands whenever I am in need. She has referred me to many wonderful practitioners and I feel fortunate to have her at the center of my medical team.
