Nurse practioner Gayle Hickman, is unprofessional & unhelpful. She has condescending way of answering questions, not to mention comes off impatient and lacks knowledge & the quality of listening that a health care provider requires. She offers little direction and makes a patient whos feeling bad feel even worse. If I was Kaiser , I would not want an employee like this who taints the reputation of the hospital as it's unfair to the many great Np's and MD 's there that practice there.

Unproffesional and rude. Unhelpful and arrogant. Seems to be completely disconnected & lacks empathy. She is in the wrong field.

Very unprofessional!! Took no time to evaluate the situation, instead yelled at me saying she could not do anything and stormed out leaving me with no understanding of my condition or further steps.
