This guy is more concerned with having good numbers to prove the effectiveness of the lapband than he is taking care of his patients. God forbid your surgery goes awry. He will be in denial and leave you to die! That's all I care to say.

Dr. Grossbard is in my opinion a fine surgeon. He is direct and to the point. There is no guess work involved and his results are fantastic. If you need alot of fluff and hand holding to get through this surgery I suggest you seek the advice of another dr. Remember... there is a big difference between being confident and being rude. A rude, greedy, uncaring, unprofessional, little troll, who enjoys humiliating his patients. Did not come in to see me, tried to send me home day of surgery when overnight is highly recommended, did not come in the next day (after I refused to leave) to release me.
