Is Fornoff still practicing? He's a terrible doctor and should not be involved in patient care.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my eye appointment past the scheduled time, even though I was scheduled for the first appointment of the day. His receptionist was late getting into the office and I was left in the waiting room without an apology for the wait. Fornoff was very UNhelpful after I waited a month for my contacts. He told me he would call me back to let me know when they would be in and never called back. I had to get the insurance company involved to get a refund on my contacts.
