I have been seeing dr. De Vries since I was a young child and I have found him to be my favourite of my doctors in Ottawa. Along with what everyone else has said, he treats you like an equal and takes the time to get to know you and remember you. I have never felt put down by him. You could not ask for a better optometrist.

I have been going to doctor De Vries as long as I can remember. I have always found his service excellent and as a child I found him very easy to get along with. I have always found him very professonal and courteous.

I had my first visit recently and was completely satisfied. Dr. De Vries just makes you feel like you are being well taken care of and that he cares. This is a quality that is sorely lacking in many doctors today. He also has a confident and knowledgeable air about him -- very reassuring. In addition, his selection of glasses is affordable and fashionable. Oh and he's nice to you...could you ask for more????

My wife had used Dr. De Vries since she was a girl, and I have used him for the last 5 years or so. He is very thorough. He examines children too. You can buy your glasses or contacts from him too. He takes the time to fit them to you. A very nice man who does a super job.
