Dr. Thomas was very good when I saw her in ND. She helped ensure my medications were stable and effective during a time of need. Highly recommend!

She would ask me why I was there after being a patient of her for months, it was like every appointment was my first appointment. After telling her I was feeling stressed out about my toddler she asked me if I was planning to put her up for adoption!? What!?

Last time I saw Grace Thomas, I told her I was pulling my records due to her repeated incompetence. Thomas pulled the wrong record 3x when seeing me, started rattling off someone else's name and health information, never remembered who I was or what I was there for, asked what type of service my business provided..negotiating payment with me for her outside practice..while I was there for a mental health appointment- wasting my time (and violating APA code of ethics!). During my last appt, she came out to see me (after waiting 40 minutes past my appt time). I told Dr.Thomas I needed refills on my rx so I can have time to find a new doctor. She faxed 3 refills to my pharmacy and quickly sent me on my way. I just called my pharmacy because I ran out of meds, which Dr. Thomas was supposed to fax last month - turns out, Dr. Thomas only sent my pharmacy 1 refill when she told me I had the next 3 months of refills covered. Her practice is abysmal and I'll be filing a formal APA complaint.

She was always late with no apologies offered. She prescribe a high dose of medicine and then at the next visit she asked why I was taking so much. I had a very difficult time understanding her thick accent. Cannot recommend her.

seems knowledgeable but very unprofessional. doesn't listen well, forgets who i am and why i am in to see her, and asked me about my business, what i charge, etc. because she needed something done. unprofessional to say the least..

Never on time and, always makes excuses. Takes phone calls during sessions, very lax. Doesn't really seem to be effective or able to focus.
