Terrible just terrible, it’s garbage don’t even waste you time going there. It’s not even a walk in clinic they make you book. Also you have to book on the day you’re going but by the time you book all the spaces are full. The receptionist was completely useless and not friendly. The staff and doctors are extremely rude. I’m telling you, avoid this place at all costs.

I called to confirm that the clinic was open. They weren't open for their posted hours, but they would be open until 5:00. Got there at 4:40. No, they couldn't see me, because there were too many patients already there. HEY FOLKS, PEOPLE WHO COME TO URGENT CARE COME BECAUSE IT'S URGENT.

So I like the gentleman walk in doctor at this clinic, which is why I come here. However the front line reception staff is absolutely horrible. They make you feel like a nuisance just walking in the door. Customer service needs major improvement! As well I have come here 2 days in a row with my daughter and the air conditioning is off.. It's 30+ degrees outside and the waiting room area is stifling!
