I generally have no problem with Alta View but since this covid stuff, they’ve fallen behind. ER visit, nurses were great, moderate to severe situation, stabilized and in a room for care. Never saw a registrant to verify my identity or make copay. Horrible doctor who ended up being out of my network spent less than four min, offered me a Tylenol and left me with a massive bill. Always remember when going into ER or hospital you always tell them you want in network only doctors and lab services. As I exited the hospital I got a text message asking me to pay $1000. Complete joke of an experience!
