Pathways

Pathways is an embarrassment to Jackson and Madison County, TN. Services are fragmented and providers do not coordinate well with each other. They do not answer their phone and they don't return phone calls. Waiting room at Directors Row location is awful. TV blaring so loud you can't hear the receptionist. Summar Dr location "triage room" is a joke. I checked myself in one day and was totally and completely ignored. Finally left out of frustration. Good luck if you need mental health treatment at this place. You have to work way too hard just to get a few crumbs of help.

Terrible. I would rather go to a vet. Bunch of quacks.
