Terrible, Doctors miss diagnosis, don't know crap, want you gone! Pay me money, we're covenant, spend the weekend at the ER watching clerks play grab my breast

They put my mom in a room at the ER with a pile of dirt on the floor, trash on the floor and the walls were dirty. It took hours before a nurse would come in there when asked to while waiting on test results. The nurse practitioner told my mom her results and left the room without taking the needle out of her arm and again a nurse took forever to come in there to take it out when asked. The needle was hurting her. My mom had a huge bruise on her arm afterwards. I asked to be the one responsible for her bill and they wouldn’t let me be. Nobody deserves to treated this way. They charged her way to much for her to be treated like trash. Previously at the walk in clinic she got a really rude desk lady and nurse. The nurse treated my mom like a bother and wasn’t gentle with her while getting a strep test. Again the room was really dirty. My mom deserves better service.

Highly recommended. I was treated better on the 4th floor.

My wife fell this morning breaking her arm and wrist. She was transported to the ER by ambulance. Within 2 hours she had x-rays and cat scan done. Within 3 hours, the orthopedic surgeon met with us and advised us on needed surgery. As soon as an OR room came available, she was taken into surgery. After recovery, she is home and resting. Everyone that we came into contact with today was professional, caring and dedicated to their job, and to taking care of the patients. This ER was as good as any large Hospital.

I was taken to cumberland medical center by ambulance with kidney stones and a severe kidney infection ,I was left sitting in the hallway in a wheelchair ,then they told me there were no rooms so they put me in a tiny waiting room.when I left I had someone else's medical records not mine ,I use to love this hospital .what happened ?!

I was admitted with chest pains for overnight observation. I had no problems and will use this great local hospital for basic services. Covenant Health Systems really do care for the patient.

I would go to Cookeville if I wanted to live. The nurses are young because they let the older ones go so less experience, more chance of mistakes. All muted are over worked

Wall outlet taped into wall, dirty floors, rude, inconsiderate, wrong scripts, the waiting is ridiculous (4hrs for a doc to feel my wife's belly and then gave us paperwork) (872+ 167) o also over priced. I would rather sit at home on web md then go there again!
