Here is a facility has has a lot of health care workers that are wonderful to deal with until you you get the bill. Or better stated when you get the double and triple billing for services. Or maybe I should add the charges that have been inserted for test the were not medically necessary as my insurance company has pointed out to me. I've written billing with no response. I won't be my choice to use them again.

I would be horrid if there was every an emergency and I had to be taken there. I was there for a one week stay for puemonia and I did see a nurse for 8 house . So I never got my breathing treatments that I was supposed to have every 4 hours. I had a dirty gown on but I couldn't change it myself because I had 2 ivs running on both my arms. So I wore this dirty gown for a week!! The floor in my room was filthy, on night they didn't bring me dinner. Wow. What a nightmare..

I have had several bad experiences here. My daughter was admitted for lithium toxicity in ER and they took 3 hours to actually draw blood. Then they admitted her and she didn't get a hospital gown for 2 days. But, in ICU, they were great. I went to ER for chest pain(have heart problem), got EKG, told it was "Um, okay," and then had to squat in hallway (no chairs available) feeling sick. Decided if I was gonna die would rather do so at home with family than squatting in hallway at hospital. Luckily, I am still here.

I was admitted quickly when I drove myself to the hospital with a piece of chicken bone in my throat. So far so good. But then things went south. They admitted me as a different person. They never found the nurse anesthetist who had to be on call in case of ER emergency. Five hours later I was drooling and there was no surgeon or anesthetist. Finally they had to call in someone who was not on call to come in to put me out for the surgeon who had arrived 90 minutes before but was not able to do his job.

On more than one occasion the ER at this Hospital has horribly misdiagnosed me. I was even once almost taken to the O.R. for a surgery I had already had 16 yrs prior and no longer had that specific part of my body anymore. They are a very scary place.

I wouldn't put my pet cockroach overnight in this hospital. The nurses were literally locked out of the medicine cabinet when I arrived to my room from surgery. NO PAIN MEDS POST SURGERY FOR HOURS! Oh and at least they gave me pain meds that day. For three horrid days I rarely saw a nurse, every request for pain meds took 2-3 hours. They seemed oblivious to my doctors orders. One night it took three hours to get a nurse in my room. I was literally yelling and waving at random visitors in the hall trying to get a nurse in my room. Don't get admitted to this hospital. It's survival of the fittest there.
