If you care about your friends and family please don’t bring them here. They do not communicate with one another. My dr admitted to using voice texts at the end of his day to do his notes on his patients instead of keeping notes as I told him symptoms and events leading up to my cardiac event. Resulting in none of my notes matching my symptoms and story of what happened.

Worst . If you have elderly family in hospital make sure family is with them at all times. If we wouldn’t have been here I don’t know if he would have gotten a meal and if some one did order it not sure he would have gotten it. We ordered meal a rotating nurse cam to his room and his tray was sitting in the hall.

This clinic only cares about the income! They give wrong info on what is required for procedures so you then suffer for their incompetence.

Been seen here for all my OBGYN appts with Tana Setness Hoefs. She has been an absolute dream during my entire pregnancy, I can't thank this hospital enough for the amazing maternity care I've received.

Altru ER is terrible!! Dr German wouldn’t find a proper split for my son who’s 7-I had to go purchase one else where as he cut an adult one that left sharp jagged edges and put one layer of Coban on it, didn’t review X-ray results with me, I had to ASK which part of the finger is possibly fractured with him still not clarifying, he wore his mask below his chin while also being in with a different patient getting covid tested, he recklessly applied the “splint” to my sons finger. This place is a complete joke!! I will never go here again with the “care” that we received!!

Who ever rates 5 stars for care is full of it!!!! Only a few doctors are great but the rest of the staff and etc mess that up. I had a wicked sore throat and I knew that this was different from normal. I tried to make an appointment with my doctor. She was full because of leaving on pregnancy leave. I understand this but no notice. I asked who took over her patients when she is gone and they did not know. My insurance is picky. I switched my doctor and went to Aurora before it became part of Altru. I was diagnosed with strep. Another visit my son got his first round of flu shots. I was informed by multiple people to set a date and come in for the second. I did that and we were turned away due to short staffing. My son got a horrible case of the flu. His PCP Dr. Lund was pissed off at the staff for that. He let them know. As I said a few acceptations but the rest spoil the whole bunch.

Awesome care! They have everything you could need . They are compassionate, caring and had excellent communication with my family and family members! Excellent nursing staff and physicians.

I was not a fan of the emergency room doctor. Dr. McKinnon lacks tact, bedside manner and compassion. He does not know how to listen and has his own personal agenda. I would rather die end route to fargo then go back there when he is working.

Very excellent on communication. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are noisy at night unless the doors are closed. All interactions with the staff and physicians were positive. Observed excellent hygiene standards at all levels. Super care for a geriatric patient.
