Terrible ER I was in horible pain, Just had procedure They wouldnt treat me for pain i was in Absolute last time i go there Gave them many chances to treat me righr I have chronic pancreatotus,scheduled for Full removal early 2025 Total BS emergency room

I was so sick in their ER waiting room that other patients were praying for me and begging the nursing staff to help me. I sat in the waiting room having a severe anaphylaxis reaction for hours and was sent home without ever being taken back into the ER. This place is the most dangerous and uncaring hospital I’ve ever been to. Avoid it at all costs, unless you want to die.

i reached out twice to check in on family and was told the patient was not there. As i gave her the full name the night he was checked in , she gave me an attitude. i asked if she was sure, and then she got irritated with me and said “ I JUST SAID HE IS NOT HERE” i asked her if she was talking to me & she hung up in my face. In my opinion, Poor customer service.

Unrealistic wait times. Hostile wait room environment , felt unsafe.

1st time at this location. The building is old, and not clean looking. The bathroom I used open to guess wasn't clean. The entry from parking garage(horrible parking) was cluttered with people , as if they were just hanging out. A very uncomfortable feeling. My doctors office was clean, and dr and staff were excellent. They are the only reason I will return.

Will never step foot in this place again. Wouldn't even bring my pet here.

Horrible experience. Left waiting while bleeding. People just didn't care.
