Hopital Du Sacre-Coeur

Dad and his wife were seen there. Downright lied putting on file we supported discharge without services. We spent hours on the phone advocating for the opposite. The nursing staff os great and they do what they can but the place is so old and dirty. Compared to my experience at a hospital in Ottawa, this is shocking. And the "beds" for those admitted are not even real beds, just gurneys. Also super hard to get information on what is happening. The er part is not bad but after that it becomes a chaotic madhouse.

Le pire hôpital que j’ai jamais vu. Recue par une infirmière agressive qui ferait mieux d’aller se traiter par un psy. Accouchée par un résident débutant qui n’a pas fait de faute Mais pas très rassurant. Un médecin impoli qui est venu une fois puis a disparu. Allaitement non suivi. Heureusement pour ma fille pharmacienne je suis pédiatre et sa soeur est gyneco obst. Nous l’avons aidé. Que ferait une patiente ne faisant pas partie du milieu médical?

Ambiance déprimante et personnel inhumain incluant les médecins

Je suis venue aux urgences en 2021 pour un abcès. Le personnel des urgences a été très correcte, compréhensif. Le chirurgien est arrivé pour la visite et m’a dit qu’il devait incisé de suite sinon je devais attendre longtemps car je ne suis pas prioritaire et qu’il part en vacances!!! Opération immédiate , il m’a incisé l’abcès avant que l’anesthésie fasse effet. Je ne me plains jamais mais la douleur a été très intense. Les infirmières et le médecin aux urgences se sont excusés . Suivi par le médecin des urgences jamais revu le chirurgien car en vacances (heureusement) Chirurgien non humain

Mon beau père est décédé là a cet hopital, même s il avait 90 % de guérison. Les infmieresdes agences c est terrible .Administrer du dilodil aussi rapidement en intraveineux, ça a pas d allure,j ai chialé car il criait de douleur , elle m as dit je connais ma job.Une autre journée, j ai parlé au pasteur qui vient voir les patients, et aussi à l i je tien il était là,la 2 e fois qu elle a fait ça aussi ,je lui ai dit, avez vous vu, il m as dit oui et qu il en parlerait a la personne au dessus de l infirmiere.bref si oui voulez voir vos proches mourir, amenez les là, ils vont lui régler son cas assez vite.Mon beau père est décédé le 7 octobre 2021

A nurse practically attacked me this evening because I quietly and nicely asked for sanitary pad. I had extra pads but ran out of them because I spent 10 hours to get a tetanus injection. I cried so much when I left the hospital because of the humiliation. Are these nurses working for free? Are they not paid? What is going on? To think that they should be compassionate yet they act like animals in the zoo beats me. If I scored them zero, it would be a kindness. I would score them -10. Gosh, the nurse who attended to me should be over 40 and the way she recruits the younger nurses is alarming. Keep raising monsters!!!

Suppose to be professional entered at 6 pm counter people before me there was 31 by the time I passed they passed 74 people yes I know priorities count but metal in eye from grinding swollen red small blood really a joke but it sad we once had best health care around to bad are government at work and the professionals really don't give care anymore

I’ve had a bad experience.. i twisted my ankle last year on December and all I needed was a quick check up with a prescription.. instead I waited in the waiting room for 9 hours until 8 am in the morning turns out their doctors were home sleeping they haven’t had even started their shifts in the morning... it made me feel unimportant and definitely youre never prioritized in this hospital unless you’re dying.. I’ve had to sit on a wheelchair for hours I couldn’t move I ended up refusing their service and I went home with both ankle and coccyx tailbone pail (because of sitting too much and not being able to move) i was only 20 years old and barely able to make my own choice..

Literally, a slaughter house. If you're willing to sacrifice your life or your loved one's go there. Disgusting.
