Before I moved north if the City, every interaction U had here was amazing- Dr Christine Young was the specialist that I had many years with, down to the absolute lovely Physiotherapists, kind, helpful staff that made you feel at ease- to top off all of thus My beautiful first granddaughter was the first baby born here on Mothers Day in 1986- wonderful hospital!!!!!

Wonderful hospital..loving and caring..I couldn't even imagine how I would have done it without having to stay in the hospital for a bit and then go to the rehab center..l can go back home Tuesday..thanks for everything you've done hospital and the rehab center....

Worst staff and terrible organization. They should close downs already.

Absolutely a wonderful first class experience from the check in all the way to exiting. I spent two days and one night for a surgery and every single person that I had contact with were friendly and helpful. I have had a few hospital stays over the years but none that came close to Grace.

To my surprise, my experience with this hospital was excellent. I went in there on one August Friday afternoon, for emergency problem, peeing blood. I first went to one window, it’s the wrong one, the lady told me to go back, turn left and the registration is on my right. Seemed that she saw my reluctance, came out and led me there. I got registered, had to go to another waiting room. This lady also led me to another room. I had to do blood work, ultra sound, and some other tests. Couple of nurses worked on me simultaneously. Within half an hour, a doctor had already get me settled in bed, attached saline water into my bladder.. I am as well treated as in a private hospital. Fast and efficient. No complaints at all. I get fully recovered in a week.

4C section was awful Only two of all the nurses in this section treated me as a human being and were very kind to me and my family The rest of them cared more about going on their breaks and had dismissive attitudes and didn't care If you have a choice do not go to this hospital

If you can go to a different hospital, I'd advise you to.

We'd, jan 17 2024 at 2:00 am I went to the emergency the woman at registration was very very rude like she was doing charity for us. She didn't even say hi or want to touch my healthcard she wanted me to hold the card high so she can read it so she doesn't catch any virus even though I was there for heart problem. Its shocking after all the bad reviews 2.5 star this hospital gets and they still won't do anything about it.

The nurses in the emergency department are the worse things I ever seen. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, unorganized and on top of that they yell at you after they messed up they instructions instead of apologizing. Stay away from this hospital.

The Rapid Assessment Center is scary….very intimidating to be there…not a good experience
