Horrible depressing place. Poor care. Doctors nonexistent. Do not send your loved one there. Zero stars out of ten!

What a slum. I have lots of photographic memories of my late Grandmother at 97 years old looking like a boxer from her various "falls" oddly enough the last "Fall" she must've landed on a hand because the broken collarbone had a perfect hand print bruise!

Horrible, degrading. Poor medical attention. If I could give zero stars , I would.

Mother has complained of feeling unwell for months. Was asked many times for them to follow up. Nothing. Now she has been taken to hospital. After ultrasound they discover she has only one lung working. Depressing, dirty, food is horrible.

Many times upon visits to my mom, the place was dirty, no bathroom curtain hanging, lights burned out. In the summer, excessively hot, winter-cold! Would not pick this place for my mom if I had the choice!

to live by these jokes is painfull. theres a few individuals that thinks its funny to hit there horne 10n times every morning, ive called asking them and second time ill admit i wasnt nice, but they think its funny to hit there alarm on over and over and over...... poor people that actually live there n half to put up with child like behavior.... plus i hear these guys are not the cleanest.....One man has died, eight COVID-19 cases now at Eden Care Centre in Chilliwack

Very friendly staff and managers, knowledgable, keep families informed of health care needs of clients. I have worked in other sites and truly enjoyed working at Eden Care. Medical oversight is the best, Dr. Jones is outstanding. I recommend this site for many reasons.

Mother past away from undue care attention. Poor management, poor communication, liers, understaff, patient care ratio unacceptable. Unwilling to work with families, management unfriendly. Staff friendly, yet over worked leading to mistakes, and decrease to attending to the needs of the elderly. Food is poor.. Hot and stuffy in summer months... Would not recommend.. Had many complaints, investigations. The higher the need of the residents the more money they receive, yet won't put more staff on the floor to attend to there needs. It's a warehouse for the elderly!

This place is full of bugs, they were crawling all over my grandma in her bed, her shoes you would have to shake off the lines also there are leaks coming from the ceiling everytime it rains it stinks like mould and the staff seem afraid to say anything to the managment Some of the staff seem to work way more than should be legal and that worries me for the safety of my grandma.

Old building, but residents have private rooms, and the staff is good at their job.
