Terrible, you will die if you come here. They even screaming and laughing so loud while patients are trying to rest knowing they can’t even help them. I have videos to proove. Also at the admiting area a payient was laying down on the floor and they don’t even care to check on him. Unreal!!

Worst experience ever. Waited 11 hours for a doctor to see me. Needed an x-ray only to be told they "weren't up and running"

I had a horrendous experience at the Leduc hospital yesterday. Waited over 5 hours to see the doctor (to be expected these days). I had to go back to make sure the triage nurse still had me on the list, she said they called me twice but I never left the waiting room so not sure where they went to call me. Once I got a room someone came in to assess me-they did not introduce themselves nor did they ask me any personal information or history just returned to the room with a syringe that was carelessly jabbed into my knuckle. They did not wait long enough for freezing to take effect before starting the procedure and the aggressive manner in which my wound was addressed was uncomfortable to say the least. Afterwards they did not even rinse my wound to ensure it was clean and they sent me on my way with dried blood all over my hands still. When I questioned them about it they directed me to wash my hands in the public ER bathroom to myself clean up. Absolutely appalling quality of care-I felt like a rat in a laboratory not a human in an ER

The wait was long… over 5 hours, but to be expected at any hospital in Alberta right now. However , once I got into a room, I received all tests within an hour and 1/2. Dr. Lin was attentive and definitely knew knows his medicine. The nursing staff was caring and responsive even though they were short staffed. No hospital visit, especially through Emergency, is ever fun, but the staff at Leduc definitely worked as a team and made my experience better because of it.

My wife went into the emergency yesterday in excruciating pain in her eye and head. The staff right from admitting clerks to triage nurses and Dr. Mohit Vohra were amazing. She was there for almost four ours but it wasn’t without care. Each of the staff were making sure that they were making the right decisions on the diagnosis, appropriate treatments and administering medication appropriately. During times in the emergency in our 65 years we would rate this emergency staff as some of the best health care professionals we are privileged to have in our province.

The dust on cellings, curtain edges, airducts high up on walls and sprinkler heads is unreal. I was on my back for 24hrs and watched dust chunks float down. This is so unhealthy. I pointed it out to the staff and they all new how dirty they were. Clean starts in a room from the celling down to the floor. This is so unsanitary. For everyone there. Don't just clean what you can see, clean everything.

I had day surgery. Absolutely the most horrible experience ever. The staff do not seem to be the problem as they try to do what they can seemingly being overworked themselves with limited resources. Cleanliness and a SANITARY environment is definitely not a priority once so ever. I have never seen anything like it. It is beyond beliefs that they are operating like that and not the least surprised to find out they have had frequent covid outbreaks. Definitely not recommended for children's care. Post my experience I immediately had sorrow for anyone that had to experience this facility with a sick child or elderly. I am very surprised Health Canada hasnt had a review of the practices of this facility and large failure do to align with national standards for the health care system through the Canada Health Act.

I'll never go back. This hospital went from the best to the worst. I and 3 other patients walked out.

That black skinned nurse up on the ward by the name of Bania absolutely tortured my dying mother. My mom would toss the blankets off and Bania would tuck her tightly back in. Over and over. Bania would toss her around like a ragdoll. My mom's roommate witnessed the abuse. Apparently my mom would call out for help as she was yanked around by Bania but the roommate was too scared to hit the call bell, lest Bania start beating her too. This was a couple years ago now. I hope Black Bania is long gone. Evol to the core, she is.
