Reception staff very unhelpful, bordering on rude!

My mother is admitted in Ward G,service is pathetic imagine Dr and Sisters not sharing info with the family even tough patient is extremely sick 😢.

Patient care is not top priority at all.Your health and well being is not a concern of the caregivers.
