Biography
Tolulope (Tolu) Sodimu, PA is a Maryland native now based in the Houston area. She received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2020 and received her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2015. She obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in 2010. She has an interest in chronic disease management and serving underserved communities. Through her public health experiences, she has garnered experience working with patients on health risk reduction as well as health education. Her passion for health care and equality, as well as her interests in community health led her to pursue a career in medicine. Tolulope finds the most rewarding part of being a healthcare provider is being apart of her patients' health journey and helping them not only understand their health but also work actively to better it. Outside of the office, Tolulope is learning Spanish and she loves to travel.
