Not sure where all the good reviews came from. Displays a clear lack of knowledge about orthdontics. Caused gum recession and a poor bite and had to go to another orthodontist to fix

Dr. Tim Lou is the most selfless, caring, accommodating Ortho I have even came across. I have had two other orthodontist and which I why I have something to judge on. He always made sure I was not in pain, he always made sure I was happy. All my questions were Valid and answered with kindness and truth. He is very intelligent and knows his stuff. Dr. Tim Lou is such an amazing orthodontist because he did so well with my teeth that everyone keeps telling me to smile. Throughout the 2+ years I have had him as an orthodontist he thoroughly explained to me his plans on what he was going to do and gave it his all to fix my teeth. He is punctual, understanding, friendly, patient and most of all very professional. Overall, Dr. Lou is a hard working guy who goes above and beyond to make sure that his patients are happy with the result. It was a great pleasure to have him as an orthodontist and I 100% recommend!

I’ve had a fantastic journey with Dr. Lou throughout the years. He is extremely professional, caring, and very attentive to his craft. Dr. Tim Lou did such an amazing job with my teeth and I've never been happier with my smile. He was always on time, very helpful, and he'd go the extra mile to make the process better for me. I rarely wore my elastics but instead of getting mad at me, he talked to me about it and started sending me weekly email reminders to wear them. He was always very patient with me even though I wasn't always the best patient. He is really friendly and I always enjoy my conversations with him. He is a great dentist and a nice person. I'm definitely going to miss him. I highly recommend you go to him for his service because he will not disappoint!
