Biography

Dr. Tanam Sanjana Ahmed, M.D., is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with over a decade of experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Saba University School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at Williamsport Hospital and Medical Center in Pennsylvania. She also holds a Bachelor of Science with honors from Queen’s University in Canada. At AdventHealth Palm Coast since 2011, Dr. Ahmed has specialized in preventive care, chronic disease management, and evidence-based family medicine. She has also served as Chief of Staff Elect for AdventHealth Palm Coast and AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway. Fluent in English, French and Bengali, Dr. Ahmed is passionate about community health, patient advocacy and medical leadership, all of which underscores her ongoing dedication to providing compassionate, whole-person care. Dr. Ahmed works collaboratively with you and a multidisciplinary team to accomplish the desired treatment goals with care and compassion.
