I’m blessed to have her as my family doctor. Elle parle très bien français, takes the time, doesn’t talk down to me and feels very genuine. She’s not prejudiced, paternalistic of fatphobic. A very bright and respectful doctor. I trust her, which is saying a lot.

Dr. Serrano is great. Very helpfull. Listens carefully to our concerns. Has being helping my daughter tremendously . I only wish she would be in another clinic. Forcemedic is horrible. Horrible system to book appointments and the reception desk secretaries are rude and unhelpful.

Terrible Dr. not pleased whatsoever. In one word INCOMPETENT !! Terrible secretary, refuses to speak English and is very rude.

I had to wait several hours to see her and when I finally did, she showed that she was incompetent, completely disregarding my medical history and failing to even know basic medical conditions (e.g. she had to Google adenovirus because she'd never heard of it). She offered no real solutions to my issues.
