Dr. Hayes and his staff have been the best that I've dealt with in my 10 years dealing with pain Drs & pain management clinics. They did a thorough examination and made recommendations, which have since been completed (3 Level Fusion) and I am doing Great! Thanks to Dr. Hayes & his staff!!! Awesome!!!
