Dr. Sam Gerstein’s work is life changing for professionals who are willing to do the work to connect to their highest path, increase self worth and as a byproduct, increase income. Part of the work is his own developed version of internal family systems (IFS), which allows interfacing with parts of us that block our progress. And subsequently connecting to our own source of guidance and creativity. I am in science, but we all do need to learn to connect to our own higher guidance system and instinct. He’s world class and we’re very lucky to have him in our region. My life is pretty unrecognizable in a practical sense after therapy, compared to before. But you have to do the work and take the steps that are suggested, it takes courage and being just a bit outside of your comfort zone of the usual excuses. Doing something and understanding it are completely two different things. If you want to understand, you can read all the books, but guidance on how to transform fears and blocks is completely life changing… and it does take action. The outcome is totally worth it though. Highly recommend.
