I recently underwent incisionless otoplasty (a unique, quick and painless procedure done while awake with a local anaesthetic that produces instant results for which Dr. Wells is a leading expert in performing), to correct protruding ears I have been extremely self-conscious of my entire life, and from the very first consultation with Dr. Wells to my final after-care appointment, I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. Not only is Dr. Wells himself both friendly and highly considerate of your concerns, taking the time to listen and discuss everything with you, his nurses go above and beyond to ensure you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible, and I felt I was in extremely competent hands every step of the way. He did an absolutely amazing job, and even though the results were great, he would repeatedly enquire how I felt about the appearance of my ears, as he insisted it only mattered if I was happy and that he would repeat the procedure if desired. The after-care was equally as phenomenal, with Dr. Wells giving me his personal number to contact him if I had any concerns (even texting me out of the blue on one occasion to check up on the progress of my healing), and the follow-up appointments were always focused on whether I was completely satisfied with the outcome, and any concerns I may have had. Both professional and caring, I would highly recommend Dr. Ryan and his team to everybody, and would give more than a five-star rating if possible. Simply 10/10 in every aspect. I apologize for the long review, but felt it was well-deserved.

OMG he did my liposuction back in September 2020, thank god I was awake but the procedure was brutal and after care was terrible. He gave me false information about my recovery !!!!!

My experience with Dr Wells and his team in Brisbane is nothing short of life changing for me. From the first consultation right through to the post care. I had the mummy makeover with a tummy tuck and lipo. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that the result was going to be as amazing as it was. You are always convincing yourself or down playing what it might look like as to not have unrealistic high expectations. But the moment I saw my results I was speechless.Dr Wells is a miracle worker, he's incredibly attentive and professional. My experience from the beginning from the receptionist, then Dr Wells and Sophie for my consultation to the anesthetists Elizabeth and her assistant then on to post care with Molly and Holly. It’s only been 4 days since my incisionless otoplasty and I am already so happy with the results! I was bullied throughout school for having prominent ears, which drastically effected my self confidence. I’m already wearing my hair up every day now, even though my ears are still slightly bruised (but healing quickly.) The procedure didn’t hurt one bit, Dr Wells made me feel very comfortable and did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be happier with my results! I had my outoplasty with Dr Wells only a weeks ago. I've been self conscious about my ears for years! I wouldn't wear my hair up or feel good going into summer when it's hot to wear a cap. He changed my life, was checking in on me during the procedure making sure I was okay! I'm looking forward to wearing my hair up next week when I turn 30! I can strongly recommend Dr. Ryan Wells and the incisionless otoplasty procedure. Unfortunately, I decided to go the traditional route first, using a very expensive surgeon and ended up getting terrible results. I got revision surgery with Ryan just a few months later and got the results I was hoping for! The procedure was quick, fairly painless and no bandages were needed. Ryan was also very accessible and would often touch base throughout my recovery to make sure my ears were healing ok.
