Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! Word choices to bedside manner. Did I mention that you can overhear her gossiping about patients that pay for her lifestyle. Anyone that leaves a “contact us if we offend you”, knows nothing of service excellence.

Very disappointed with overall staff they have no patients and are actually rude. Staff and doctor like to blame each other for not being able to see things in the computer. She talks over you and has a bad habit of rolling her eyes at you. Lots of judgement and her own personal bias of what she thinks about people with conditions she don't agree with such as chronic pain. I have a dear friend who sees her too and she is always telling me how Dr Baker gives her a hard time and she has a terminal diagnosis. I am seeking a new option but am trying to give them a chance and so far tolerating. I am a little frustrated when I audit my chart and they claim they do all this teaching and hand me a print out they never even discussed. I am also tired of being criticized by her about a complex disease she does not understand or gives any attention too. Really tired of doctors over so maybe overly sensitive to be fair but with what I have been through and my last doctor of 12 years had not done what she did I would probably be more receptive but I am met with judgement and no compassion. Little understanding and scoffs things like sacroiliac joint dysfunction causing difficulty everyday and treats me like its in my head. I'm just too lazy to try to find a new doctor because then I have to start over, ugh.

Her and her husband work together in Palm Harbour FL. Late, rude staff, billed incorrectly and we're willing to correct their mistake. Tried to see me for something other than I scheduled for, never seemed to understand the reason for the appt then had me see her husband same day. Very unprofessional

I BELIEVE DR. PAULA IS THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. SHE ALWAYS TAKES TIME TO DISCUSS EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AND IN "LAYMEN'S" TERMS SO I UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING ON. SHE NEVER RUSHES MY VISIT WITH HER, AND SHE IS SINCRILY CONCERNED ABOUT MY HEALTH. SH MAKES SURE I AM REMINDED ABOUT MY ANNUAL EVERYTHING. FROM MAM TO PAP, BLOOD TESTS, ETC. THANK YOU DR. PAULA.

Dr. Baker is fantastic. I had been searching for a primary care and was about to give up when she was recommended. She is kind and she listens and she works with you to get your health under control. It really shows that she was a nurse at some point, because she is able to explain medical stuff well. I would recommend her to anyone.
