I have only had great experiences,I always get the same day appointment if it's an urgency ie possible ear infections, the whole team are kind and welcoming. I feel my girls are well looked after.

Dr Danby is very thorough in her assessments , she answers all questions and has a wonderful bedside manner with her patients and parents. We would highly recommend her to any new parents or patients.

Dr. Danby has been my daughter's pediatrician for 4 years now. She is excellent. She is kind and respectful and always makes us feel that our daughter's health is top priority. I felt compelled to write a review today after our visit as her office was incredibly busy due to an unprecedented season of illness and she and the whole office nurse and receptionist included were efficient, friendly and empathetic. They work as a great team. We are very appreciative that our daughter is a patient of Dr Danby's.

Dr Danby is very knowledgeable and caring if you can get an appointment to see her. Her receptionist will not "allow" us to make an appointment as she didn't see the need. This receptionist also gives medical advice, once which cost us an ER visit.

I would not recommend Dr. Danby to anyone do to the staff. They are unprofessional, lack empathy and understanding. Unfortunately every time I’ve gone in their is a wait time Dr. Danby she is not puntual. To get an appointment when you call it’s so difficult. Either you get voicemail when you call and they don’t return your call or you have to call multiple times to actually speak with someone.

Dr Danby is such a fantastic doctor. She takes such good care of my premature twin boys and really listens to my concerns. I trust her and her judgment completely

I was referred to Dr. Danby for my 3 month old. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She listens and acknowledges the problems you're telling her. She helped some of my worrying go away. She was on time for my appointment and I never felt rushed despite the full waiting room. But Core health office that she's in should be wiping down waiting areas often. I was an hour early and seen tons of sick babies and parents come and go. Not once was the waiting chairs wiped down. Also when waiting for Dr. Danby I could hear other drs. Or nurses talking about other patients personal lives and issues. When I go to an appointment I don't want to hear drs. Trash talking mothers and their kids. If you have something to say say it without any patients in the waiting room. By the time my appointment was over I knew two patients first and last names and their problems / what was happing with CAS. It sounded more like gossip than work based off their personal opinions of these patients. Danby 5 stars.

Cannot say enough good things. She is smart, punctual, listens and knows how to help. No hoops and stays on top of things.

The staff are very nice and polite but Dr Danby is literally NEVER on time. Danby has been our pediatrician for quite sometime now and although my child adores her and I quite like her as well, she is always 1+ hour late for appointments which is challenging for those who take public transit. Another big issue is that she seems to have taken on far too many patients as it now takes almost 2 months to book an appointment that takes only 10-15 minutes. I’d love to switch my child to a new doctor that doesn’t take 1.5-2 months to book an appointment as my child is neuro diverse and requires relatively close monitoring by a physician but the lack of doctors nearby that are accepting patients is nil and sadly we don’t have the means to travel across the city.
