Had bunion surgery after years of pain. Dr sganga plan was clear well communicated and thorough. He set expectations well and was honest about the surgery and recovery. Office staff was awesome. Could not say enough about my positive experience.

I received great treatment for a foot issue a couple of years ago. BUT.... recently had sever foot pain making walking difficult. His staff were very polite, but made it clear the wait was 7 weeks for an appointment, and no extra consideration would be given to an existing patient who had pain and difficulty walking. Out of necessity, I went to another podiatrist who only had a 4 week wait. That podiatrist assured me he will not subject existing patients who are having a pain issue to a multi-week wait to be seen. I give him 5 stars ad a doctor, but only give his practice logistics for helping existing patients with a problem 2 stars.

He did a major surgery on my right foot with great results. He explained everything, the facility and staff were great

Dr. Sganga is an outstanding doctor and part of a great group of doctors. He repaired my Trimalleolar Fracture (ankle) and I couldn't be happier with the results. In addition to being a patient thoughtful physician, he appears to be a genuinely nice and upstanding guy. Couldn't be happier.

Dr Sganga did a Brostrom ligament repair and repaired and cleaned up an osteochondrial defect after having multiple injuries to my right ankle. He was great from start to finish. I am a very active 36 yr old female who continues to play ice hockey, deck hockey, roller hockey, softball and starting football in my adulthood. I thought I would be unable to be active for at least 6 months after the surgery. I was skating at 7 weeks and I’m now 8 weeks out and literally writing this as I’m about to walk out the door to play hockey for the first time since surgery. My ankle feels great and actually better than my left. Could not be happier that I went to him. I was completely unable to jump or run prior without severe pain and continuous sprains.

Dr Sganga was great. He operated on my bunions and my feet look great. I followed his directions and in 2 1/2 months I was walking comfortably. The staff at his Natick office were friendly and helpful. I recommend Dr Sganga to all who need his help. Thank You Dr.

I've never heard of a situation like this - but first time for anything. Made an appointment for my mom who flew out from Montana some time ago. Evidently the office no longer exists their old Dedham location. Arrived 45 minutes early, and began calling Sganga's number - no return calls (the office was open) for over 40 minutes - I and a New England Baptist office that was helping to call various numbers they had. When finally was able to get through to a person they offered no apology for not contacting us and giving us the new appointment address, which was many miles away, and made no effort to squeeze us in a few minutes late. I can't express how unprofessional this staff is.
