This review has been a long time coming! I came to IMPrESS with an incredibly complicated case and Dr. Noroozi did not hesitate to take it on. I've had multiple procedures over the past year and every single one was a total success, and surprisingly easy to get through. The entire IMPrESS team is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Noroozi is an exceptionally skilled surgeon who truly made miracles happen for me. Roya assisted him through all my procedures and was consistently empathetic, calm and reassuring. Meghan and the whole patient care team were excellent communicators, always proactive, organized and committed to making everything go as smoothly as possible. To sum it up: if you want EXPERT level work at the hands of a genius, this is the place. And for anyone with dental phobia, their sedation options are genuinely top tier. I remember absolutely nothing.

Honestly, I had such a great experience with Dr. Noroozi and Impress perio team. He’s incredibly skilled and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing — everything felt precise and well thought out. But what really stood out to me was how he treats his patients. He explains things clearly, actually listens, and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. You can see he truly cares about his work and his patients. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a great periodontist.

Good results in the outcome after time passage, which is the most important thing of all, but next in importance it was difficult to talk with the doctor about a question while maintaining his attention to you for more than 30 seconds and him not hurrying to leave. A few recent reviewers indicated this but I thought it was a minority and ignored it beforehand. For elderly or disability needs in that situation if you can find someone with the same results and a more available bedside manner it would probably a lot less stressful. Smart to go for results first though above all when choosing if possible. The prices were typical for this area but make sure to ask what is included more than once. Some of that was incomplete. Most of the other positive reviews are much older and mention different support staff names, so maybe something changed and that could be fixed again difficult to say. The office has good mobility access with a flat level entrance and an elevator access across from a coffee shop.

His precision and artistry are on another level. If you’ve been told you can’t have an implant, go see him — he truly works magic.
