The main issue is the appointment information was NOT notified the patient properly. This is the 3rd appointment that we weren't notified properly, every time we're calling for the next appointment either they put you on hold for 15mins or hang up, it's very frustrating! My mom has every 3months phone appointment, with Dr. Tong, after phone appointment, we should get a phone call for the next appt. Unfortunately, i have to call the office and struggling to connect with the receptionist, to confirm the next appointment, i called today and found out that my mom has appt in couple days that weren't aware. It would be nice if were informed when is the next appointment. They should understand that specialist appointment is very important for us, especially for those have sensitive health issues. Dr. Tong only seen my mom once since last year and after that she only have phone appointment every 3months that most of the time we're having hard time to connect with Dr. Tong or if we need appointment sooner than 3months, we cant get hold on to the receptionist, poor receptionist services. My mom's kidney is in bad shape now from the last year, every appointment is very important to us. I hope they have better way to coordinate the patients appointment.
