I transferred from my previous family doctor to Dr. Genevieve Cruz about 2-3 years ago. My family was fortunate at that time she was starting her practice and accepting new patients. We grabbed the opportunity to transfer to her as my previous family doctor was not so accommodating and you feel she was rushing to get rid of you or finish the consult as quickly as possible. Dr. Genevieve Cruz was the opposite. You can feel she takes care and does not rush you to get another patient. She gives time to inform you of what should be done and you feel comfortable talking to her because you can ask questions. She is patient and willing to listen. You can discuss with her your concerns easily and without fear that she might consider your questions unrelated or be sarcastic about your query. Me and my family were happy we made the move from my previous family doctor to her.
