This place is a joke of a dental studio. Don’t be fooled by the nice decor - it’s masking the chaos and disorganization of this studio. Over the last couple years these people have consistently offered sub-par services with shady practices. On multiple occasions (3 times now in 2 years) they have wasted my time with faulty scheduling practices. Let me outline my terrible experience with this studio. I’ve had 2 nightguards made here for grinding. BOTH times (I’m not kidding) they were unable to scan my teeth correctly resulting in a night guard that didn’t fit, as well as having to rescan my nightguard. This is incredibly frustrating as I have to drive across town ($40 round trip) as well as take time out of my workday. When I purchased my 2nd nightguard I assumed it would be $600/the same price as my first nightguard. No one told me any information about the cost of the 2nd nightguard until it’s time to pay. Boom, they ask me for 1k after they’ve made my nightguard. I’ve never met a dentist that tells you the price AFTER the procedure. It was extremely sketchy so I asked to see my billing records. When I got a copy of my billing records, I found that they had around $150 credit sitting in my balance from being overcharged 2 years ago. No one told me about this, NOR did they apply this credit to the 1k nightguard. That behavior in itself should make ANYONE question going to this disgusting, shady “dental” studio. The only thing they offered were empty apologies. It shouldn’t have even got to this point. I should’ve followed my gut instinct and cancelled my cleaning 6 months later, but alas, here I am, with my time wasted writing this review. The reason I’m writing this review today is because today was the THIRD time that I’ve had an incorrectly scheduled dental appointment. 2 previous times, I scheduled my cleaning 6 months in advance, only to get a call the week before telling me they’re closed that week or that they incorrectly scheduled me because my insurance won’t cover it before a certain date? Well today I showed up in the office after taking a $20 lyft, wait 5 minutes, then I’m told by someone that they messed up and the scheduled my appointment at the date and my insurance won’t cover it unless I come back next week. What an absolute joke. These people don’t deserve to have a dental studio and I pity all of you who continue to go to this sham of a studio.
