I have never regretted any dealings wit Dr, Michael or any of his staff members. They are all professional in their dealings and are polite and helpful and take the time to listen to your concerns. It is easy to understand why he is rated so highly.

Receptionist is extremely rude and often has personal calls leaving everyone waiting in line. Often feel Dr. Michael feels my concerns are trivial. Ehab, the pharmacist, is the best. Always verifies that new scripts don't interfere with existing ones and if so, goes to Dr Michael and gets a different script. Shouldn't Dr. Michael know this?
