disappointing. does not care about patients and nothing is “his job”.

O.K. so today was my first visit with Dr. Paik. As usual the staff was excellent. The girl that took me to my room to wait for this Dr. was also excellent. I got to meet this Dr. Paik and I have to tell everyone the absolute truth. Dr. Christopher Paik is one of the most charming, personable Dr's. I have ever met. He told me all about my blood work and said this relationship between us will continue. I was thrilled. When you don't have a good doctor for a year and meet this man and put me at ease, that means alot. I would like to recommend this guy ( Doctor ) to anyone out there looking for medical help. He is amazing.

Well I would like to take this moment to say today was my first appointment with this group. In all honesty the girls that gave me the forms to fill out were wonderful. Now the girl that took me in the room was more than wonderful. I'm sorry I don't have their names. But I got to meet with Charlie Neetz the Dr.s'. PAC and he was wow, I mean really wow. This man is absolutely a work from God above. I would recommend this office to everyone I know. I haven't yet met Dr. Pail but if he is anything like his office I can't wait. Charlie after 1 visit has called in meds, gave me an order to have blood work done. how much more can you ask of a medical person? This has been 1 of the best Dr. offices I have been to in quite a long time, I thank-you all at Advent Health and look forward to many more visits.

The first visit he refused to see my Dad, due to being 10 minutes late due to his condition, That should have been our warning ⚠️ . The second visit he sat 6 feet from my Dad and didn't even check him out! WTH ! And gave incompetent suggestions, said he was calling in a prescription, which didn't happen. My vet is more concerned and qualified than him!
