Can someone at Dr.Solimans PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE? My family has been calling about an urgent matter for multiple days, at different times, and no one has answered the phone from the office.

He is a kind, patient, humble doctor who will take the time to ensure that all your concerns are addressed. I've never had an issue with Dr. Soliman or his staff. I recommend that my friends and family go to him.

Been my dream for a few years helped me when my old family dr refused to schedule test due to me being a young lady. Dr soliman has always spoken kindly and explains everything throughly and professionally. An amazing dr.

Doctor Soliman indeed is a very helpful person, he listens to your complains and try to help as much as he can... but imagine yourself having more than 2 medical issues, then you need another appointment (depression, back pain, iron deficiency, cholesterol). You will have only one of your problems being taking care of at a time. The front desk team is average good, lack a bit of good mood, but they are helpfull as well. Never had a problem over the phone.

My daughter had an appointment at 230pm at 330pm we had not been seen. I took off work to rush in and this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE And longest wait time in my life. I'm guessing it's by the colour of your skin you get seen. Absolutely disgusting and I will tell anyone and everyone II know. My daughter left throwing up outside and now we are on the way to the hospital to wait even more. Horrible place greedy facility they overbook and under treat and anyone who disagrees must be the right ethnicity. Should lose their practice. I could go on and on but I've already wasted our time.. I hope the staff gets sick and has to have their children wait over an hour while people that getting there after them are seen first. Shane in you . Karma will get you you'll see

For those who they are dedicated and good to their job. We must shares to them the most beautiful expressions of thanks and appreciation. Its been 2 months with Dr. Soliman since my previous family physician has been retired, and Dr. Soliman helped me a lot with my diabetic and my heart issue. After i suffered a lot with my diabetic for last 10 years I hade open heart surgery and replacement of my heart valve. Dr. Ayman Soliman guide me to control my diabetic with his great experience.. My family and I are deeply grateful for your expertise and exceptional care that have made a real difference and also your caring heart, . God Bless

This doctors office is extremely unprofessional rudest staff I’ve ever met in my life the staff loses your medical papers never answer the phone lie about sending referrals that are needed urgently just awful also doubt with racism almost every time when going to this clinic ! This place absolutely unorganized definitely do not know how to do their job and just incredibly awful overall ! I’d rather go to hell and back than go back to this snake barrel !!! Stay away from the place !!! But the dr is nice !

This doctor office is incredibly unprofessional. Dealing with him has been a nightmare. He called about test results with no way to follow up, he has googled if medications are safe right in front of me, he has “scheduled” appointments with specialists that never got submitted to them. The office is an unorganized mess. This doctor does more harm than good.

Dr Soliman himself is very kind and helpful. The issue is that they overfill the office, especially since the new doctor joined the clinic , leaving you waiting for hours for an appointment (personal record is 2 hours). I’m not sure what’s going on with the receptionists, but they openly sigh, roll their eyes, and argue with each other. I understand it being a stressful job, but accessing healthcare isn’t exactly fun either. They need to streamline things better & find ways to function as a cohesive team, so the patients don’t pay the price.
