I had two extremely positive experiences compared with my recent urgent care visit. Dr Boktor answered my questions and volunteered care information that the urgent care doctor had not given me. On the first visit, being on a Sunday, I was seen quickly so I could get to an urgent care center before they closed (and avoid the hospital wait times). Today, for the follow up, I needed an x-ray and he said he might call me after hours, depending when the results were ready. Overall, I found him helpful, knowledgeable, and interested in my care.

Makes you wait, rushes you when there and does not solve the problem on why the patient is there. Does the opposite of what the patient tells him/asks.

walk-in visit, zero communication, zero care, just a rushed appointment and confusion. won’t be back.

i felt like i was bothering dr ashraf boktor just by being there. not sure how he has 5 stars… definitely not my experience. the staff was okay, but punctuality was poor and the visit was not helpful at all. he didn’t seem confident in himself or his medical knowledge. zero interaction, zero trust, and no reassurance. won’t be back.

i’ve been a MEDICENTRES patient for over 20 YEARS, born and raised in CALGARY, and i’ve NEVER seen a doctor like DR ASHRAF BOKTOR. i’ve come across him at multiple locations – FOOTHILLS, CROWFOOT, PANORAMA HILLS – and EVERY TIME it’s the SAME story. once he enters a clinic, it’s like the COUNTDOWN TO CLOSURE begins. seriously... EVERY clinic he shows up to seems to SHUT DOWN shortly after. he doesn’t build a PATIENT PANEL, doesn’t FOLLOW UP, just FLOATS around doing WALK-INS. there’s NO consistency, NO commitment, and definitely NO trust built with patients. MEDICENTRES should really RE-EVALUATE what kind of care this is. i’ve seen MANY doctors over the years, and this was one of the MOST disappointing. and now he’s “ACCEPTING PATIENTS” at his own clinic – GRACE MEDICAL CLINIC in SAGE HILL. maybe because there are no medicentres left for him to close. he’s not just a problem… he’s a CURSE on MEDICENTRES.

walked into grace medical clinic EXPECTING A DOCTOR… got Dr Ashraf Boktor instead! he looked at me like i interrupted something important, asked a few random questions, then just stared at the screen. NO diagnosis, NO meds, NO referrals, NO bloodwork, NO plan, not even basic reassurance. felt more like a paperwork stop than an actual visit. left wondering if he even knew why i was there. NEVER again!

Went in to see Dr. Ashraf Boktor thinking I’d get real medical help!! Instead, I got blank stares, vague comments, and a printout I didn’t even ask for. Felt more like a formality than a check-up. No explanation, no care! just vibes. Honestly, he looked more lost than I was. Medicentres, you can do better. So disappointed. What a waste of time!!

saw Dr Ashraf Boktor at medicentres clinic panorama hills. it was supposed to be a check-up! instead it felt like i interrupted a staff coffee break. he left me in the exam room for nearly 40 minutes while he laughed it up with admin and nurses in the hallway. came in for 4 minutes, mumbled something vague, no meds, no plan. and somehow he's been at 5 different clinics at medicentres?????!! MAYBE because they keep CLOSING after he shows up. if you want answers, try a fortune cookie. If I could rate this doc with zero I would do. TERRIBLE EXPERIANCE

dr ashraf boktor seemed more confused than i was. no clear plan, no confidence, just vague comments and guesswork. i honestly wonder why medicentres still keeps him??!!! it’s hurting their reputation more than helping patients!!!!!!!!!!!!
