beyond wisdom and a true genius of the eyes - I would never go seek any other optometrist - she is rare and incredible - if all doctors had her care and wisdom - it would be a different world.

I have being seeing Dr. Bassi for about 10 years. Her knowledge and professionalism are always excellent. Her dry eye recommendations, caused by many hours on the computer and engaged in my art practice, have saved my eyes. She is also amazing at picking glasses that fit and flatter my face and I get many compliments on them. I have worn glasses for over 50 years and she is by far my fave optometrist.

Very rude. Preaches non vaccination issues. I work NOT recommend.

I visited Dr. Bassi twice. The first time was an odd experience, she told me she was between office assistants, and apologized for having to manage several things at once. I didn't appreciate how pushy she was about scheduling a separate appointment for contacts, which included the price of contacts which I would be forced to buy from her directly. I have never encountered this at another optometrists and I declined. A year later I made an appointment for dry eyes. Again, she was without a proper team supporting her, and she complained to me about the caliber of candidates she was getting, and how difficult it was to retain staff, and people's general incompetence. My appointment took over 3 hours to complete, and at the end she said she couldn't determine the cause of my dry eyes since I had not purchased my contacts through her directly. She refused to examine my eyes with my contacts in, saying it would have to be done at the aforementioned sales pitch contact appointment. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I had Dr Bassi for a few years. Although I tolerated her, I have always found her demeaning and rude. Listening to her talk to elderly patients with no patience was horrible. For your information I have never rated another Dr online. I just felt this should be known.

Dr. Bassi is very thorough, and has taken time to explain the difficulties with my eyesight. She has even explained surgical procedures not properly explained by specialists. I trust her implicitly, and recommend her highly. I cannot fathom the comments about her being rude, and never saw this side of her. She has been my optometrist since she took over Dr. Nash's practice.

One of the BEST Optometrist that I've been to ever. Very knowledgable and takes her time to explain results to you Dr Bassi does a complete eye exam using the latest equipment - Dr Bassi is very thorough and I highly recommend her Clinic

My parents were patients of Dr Bassi for years and when I started going with them I saw that she was unforgivably rude to them and incompetent technically (perhaps those two issues are related...). I strongly recommend against seeing her, ever.
