She deserves to be in PRISON! She deserves to be in PRISON! She deserves to be in PRISON! She deserves to be in PRISON! She deserves to be in PRISON!
SHE DESERVES TO ROT IN PRISON! I hope one day God will make her pay for everything! She deserves every single bad thing that happens to her!
She will be the reason I kill myself, she refuses to see me I’ve been dealing with a parasite for years and she refuses to see me, I will make sure she loses her job and license!
Better late than never to write about this very wonderful doctor. I was ill for around 2 years- so probably did not have the energy to write then. I was a patient of Dr Boggild over 5 years ago after returning from a trip to Peru. My illness was difficult to detect and treat. Dr. Boggild and her team went above and beyond helping me medically as well as emotionally. This is not a period in my life that I would like to repeat, but with Dr Boggild's kind and caring nature, and a few pep talks in between, I was able to heal myself and return to normalcy. Thank you Dr. Boggild for your dedication and expertise and also for being a wonderful human.
I literally posted my original review a few months ago of Dr. Andrea Boggild the infectious disease physician and out of nowhere my lengthy comment has been deleted for some unusual reason. All I do know is that if you do need serious medical care especially when it comes to infectious diseases, just go outside of Canada to seek high quality professional private medical treatment. Canada's Medicare provincial public systems in all of the 10 provinces does not work at all. What most of the public don't realize is that all Canadian doctors right across the country have to fit their medical expertise and knowledge to fit the medicare provincial insurance billing codes in the public system rather than practice medicine itself freely for the good of the patients. Realistically, doctors don't work for patients, they work for the government public health insurance systems to satisfy their requirements. Public Medicare Health Insurance and Health Care are not the same thing. Most importantly, Canadian Doctors need to realize that their duty is for the patients, not to the collective, not third party payer systems like Medicare bureaucrats which get in they way of the doctor patient relationship. Public Health Systems go against the natural order which is not right. It's something to think about.
I was referred to Dr. Boggild after my blood works came back inconclusive. I was eventually diagnosed with 2 strains of Dengue. She was thorough and very professional. Thank you.
Dr. Boggild is a knowledgeable, compassionate, and excellent doctor! As other reviewers have stated, she takes time to answer all of your questions.
No Dr. knew what I had until I saw Dr. Boggild. She diagnosed me immediately and correct. She answered all my questions and took her time to explain what I had. Excellent Dr.!!!!
I was referred to the Tropical Disease Unit at TGH for precautionary Zika testing (which was not done) and was seen by one of Dr. Bogglid's residents. They disagreed a Zika test was required as they indicated my symptoms were not consistent with the virus however decided to run a CBC and a whole bunch of tests for other things based on my country of birth. The blood work was fine, the parasite testing came back inconclusive. What upsets me with my experience at this Dr.'s office was the fact they did not bother doing what my Doctor requested (A zika test) but felt it necessary to run a whole bunch of other tests which were not relevant to my situation. The residents I saw were very strange and made me feel quite uncomfortable, Dr. Bogglid was too busy to see me. However based upon the inconclusive parasite testing decided she wanted me to return to get treated. Why on earth would I want to get treated for something I may not have? I repeatedly asked for the tests to be repeated and she refused to do so. In addition it always takes her office receptionist days to return a phone call or email. Very unimpressed with this Doctor and her office. That has been my experience.
Dr Boggild is one of the best doctors I have come across. She is thorough, detailed and extremely compassionate. She is not rushed and takes her time during the consultation. She always answers all my questions. Dr Boggild's staff are all amazing - they are obviously learning from a great leader. Not many doctors like Dr Boggild.
