She is one of my favourite doctors. She used to be our family doctor, but then she left, and things are not the same. I missed her so much. I hope I can find her.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. R’s since she arrived at MD Direct. She is truly a gem as she took the time to get validation on my Celiac condition whereas my previous family doctor was very casual about my symptoms and always made me feel like she had one foot out the door.

Excellent doctor! God bless her soul for timely help and clinical mediation in sorting out many things in a human life.

This doctor may be good but hard to get a timely appointment

Dr. Raghavan was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and caring. She always made me feel heard and addressed my concerns regardless of how busy she was. When the specialist didn't give me much of an answer, she helped me better understand my health problems. My family misses her very much as our family doctor.

Good family doctor but she dropped the ball during my last visit to her. I’d just delivered my firstborn in mid January and took a 1-hour trip in a snowstorm just to see Dr.R before she left the Queensquay practice. During this postpartum visit (6 days after my delivery), she asked Qs but didn’t physically check me to see if I was healing despite my 3rd degree tear & episiotomy. I too was ignorant. 3 days later, I was in ER diagnosed for a massive gaping wound & episiotomy dehiscence. I’m still suffering the consequences of Dr.Raghavan’s negligence and my bad luck. Hope she’s more careful with other patients in the future.

Dr. Raghavan is amazing and I will miss having her as our family doctor!
