Previous patient that left review on May 8 2026, had the same experience as me. That same day May 8 2026 I had appointment for Gastroscopy. Dr Orzech was doing it. And previous patient said it all, we share the same opinion and experiance. Dr. Orzech was so dismissive and arrogant.He seemed a difficult to talk to. I felt so confused with his attitude and I felt bad. I wanted to leave. now I see that it is not only me, that felt that way.

I am shocekd that the rating is even over 4. Extremely huge ego, dismissive, very errogant, blaming, unnecesssary high negative tension towards Asians especially. He does not want any words from patients - literally asking me to asnwer in Yes or No, and if I wanted to add some words, he stopped me from talking. A lot of doctors in GTA are pretty competent and technically strong, that's almost given in this metropolitan city. The worst doctor ever, never want to see him ever again.

I would like to share my honest experience regarding my procedure with Dr.Neil today. Since I am very active on Google Reviews and many people follow my reviews. My reviews are always honest and unbiased — I do not exaggerate or hide anything. Therefore, I feel it is my responsibility to share my true experience about this procedure as well. My procedure was done with Dr. Neil, and overall I had a very good experience. The most important and positive part was that before the procedure, Dr. Neil explained everything to me in complete detail about how the procedure would be done and what to expect. After the procedure, he also came to see me and explained everything clearly again, including the precautions I need to take. This made me feel very comfortable and reassured. The nurses who were taking care of me were also very kind, caring, and cooperative. Since I had been fasting for almost 18 to 20 hours, they kindly provided me with juice and biscuits and made sure I was okay. I really appreciate their care and support. I sincerely thank Dr. Neil and the entire nursing staff for their excellent treatment and professionalism. If I ever need another procedure in the future, I would definitely prefer to contact Dr. Neil again. I would also like to make one small suggestion. I noticed that the lighting at the reception area was quite dim. As patients who come for procedures are already anxious, brighter lighting in the reception area would help create a more positive and comfortable environment for patients. One of the most informative doctors. He was kind and reassuring. Made me as is patient feel safe and set up success. He was personable unlike most doctors , took time to check up on me. Dr. Orzech took the time to explain my procedure with care, details and visual demonstration . He works with a great staff that are highly respected. I’m all he has changed my life for the better. After a colonoscopy, he took the time to explain everything in details. He was very thorough, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I hope my next visit in 3 yrs will be with him again.
