Dr Parker announced her retirement via email on Dec 6, 2024, when we had an appointment with her on the same day. She did not even bother to mention that she is retiring. Moreover, we booked the next appointment with her in January, and her staff did not even drop the word. We are just accounts receivable in the book of clients she sold to the new doctor. NICE......

SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE A MEDICAL LICENSE RUN FOR THE HILLS SHE USED TO BE IN TORONTO AND RUINED SO MANY PPLS TEETH SHE HAD TO GO BACK TO OAKVILLE AND HIDE

Terrible. Stay away I have so many issues she doesn't care about her patients and she's rude.

I actually know Melissa and, all of the negative comments are very true, this is her. Very self absorbed and void of other peoples feelings. I would not recommend her to work on my cat!

I got braces here when I was 14-15 to solve my underbite. I am now turning 25 this month and not only need to get braces again to fix the terrible work Dr Parker did, but I also need a gum graft that SHE BLAMED ME FOR when I was a teenager for eating poorly (My dentist has since told me this wasn't possible, and that it was due to lack of care from the orthodontist). Dr Parker scammed my parents out of roughly $6,000 and I highly recommend you don't let her do the same to you. Right after my braces were taken off I noticed my teeth were not as straight as they should've been, but I was a shy kid and didn't want to say anything to offend her. I would sue if possible, I truly feel taken advantage of.

I have nothing but great things to say about Kingsway Orthodontist. I started my treatment back in 2019. From the moment I stepped into the office, my consultation was free and I was advised that I would need jaw surgery to fix my problem. Dr. Parker was warm and welcoming and explained the whole process without any hesitation. I am a student and moved to Alberta and the US whilst having my treatment. Dr. Parker worked with me throughout my move and I never experienced my teeth shifting. My surgeon was pleased with her work because she prepped my teeth for surgery and continued with her great work post-op. All the Staff at Kingsway Orthodontists are friendly and cooperative. I finished my treatment in May 2021. I am so happy with my results and would recommend this office to everyone! There were NO hidden fees!

i went to Dr. Parker when i was 12-14 to get braces for an overbite. i didnt have crooked teeth. I remember sitting there, getting my gums ripped apart and hacked at while the people working on my teeth talked about their kids NON-STOP. Once my braces came off, there was so much of the glue from the braces left on my teeth and my dentist couldnt believe how much he had to take off. i got a permanent retainer put on the bottom but the glue on one of the teeth came off. I went to go get it fixed and she added more of the glue. however, when she did this, she must have pushed too hard on the wire, because it started pushing that tooth forward. this lead to, not only crooked teeth on the bottom, which i never had, but it has been causing my gum line to recede drastically. I now have to have surgery for a gum graft, which i hear absolutely sucks. I wish I was older because I might have had the courage to say something, because even then, i knew things werent right
