Happy retirement from Terry Leach!! I'm still here!!!!!

Two years after cancer surgery! Adenocarcinoma! You let that thing grow inside me for months! I still have nightmares! One just woke me up again, so I’m writing this! I hope anyone going to see you runs away! I trusted you to care for me! I paid you to care for me! I paid your feckless staff to care for me! You walked into the exam room and said “I don’t have your report yet.” Then nothing for months! Your office staff has lied several times! All of you have added to my anxiety and PTSD! All of you should resign ! I’m forever changed because of what you did! Resign! Don’t hurt another patient!

This practice has gone downhill. Find another urologists.

After 3 lithotripsy treatments the kidney stone he said was gone was not. Emergency surgery at Tampa General removed it. I may still lose my kidney due to a massive infection. If you value your life do not see this doctor.

Wow ! What a horrific experience. I would like to refer to this individual as doctor, but his blatant dismissal of any interpretation of The Hippocratic Oath, leaves me to refer to him as John. John is late as usual, harried, disheveled, rude, confrontational, intimidating, arrogant and far from empathetic. A patient is a "customer", but not in Johns eyes.

Very poor clinician . Very poor diagnostic skills. Very poor interpersonal skills. Very poor staff.

This Doctor and staff didn’t inform me of a cancerous tumor for eight months delaying my care. We are suing for malpractice and negligence of staff. Do not go to this Doctor he will surely kill you with his incompetence.

Could not be more disappointed in the level of Dr. Zachary's care, knowledge, lack of listening and diagnostic skills. I was a 10 year patient.

Dr. Z was more interested in making money than really helping me solve my problem. After an unpleasant visit I went to another doctor in Hudson. Wow what a difference real patient focus and service. This doctor paid attention to me and found a solution to my problem without costly treatments that did not solve my problem. Dr. Zachary's solutions only sucked money out of my insurance company. What a scam. I wouldn't take a rock to him for treatment. His staff is awesome and tries to cover for him but his failures are to great to cover. He gets a big 0 in my book. Hudson is worth the drive.
